<p>Our Mixed Bread Platter gives you the best of all our sandwiches. We include a range of Point Sandwiches, Wraps and Baguettes. <p>Our Gourmet Sandwich Platter is not for the faint hearted! We have sourced Melbourne's best sourdough loaves and layered our premium fillings to create the ultimate sandwich platter. We have 2 sizes which are our Regular (10 Sandwiches) and Large (15 sandwiches), each sandwich is cut in half. We always cater for 10% Vegetarian.</p>

<p>Our amazing Deli Rolls just got a little bit better too because this generous platter contains 16 scrumptiously filled Deli Rolls (includes 4 vegetarian rolls; the platter serves a total of 8 people). Containing an eclectic mix of fillings, for everyone, there’s vegetarian options, carnivorous options and frankly, something for everyone. We use a mix of white, multigrain and rye rolls filled with premium ingredients from local suppliers.</p>

<p>Our Point sandwiches are perfect for your office lunch or event event. We use our premium fillings within fresh white, rye or multi grain bread. More importantly we put a lot of effort into cutting our point sandwiches into perfect triangles. Each sandwich is cut into 4 triangles and we use a combination of white, rye, multigrain. We cater for 10% vegetarian by default.</p>

<p>At Brisk, we know some corporate lunchtime and evening events need to cater for a large amount of people quickly and easily. We also understand that food needs to be delicious, fresh and appetising so we've devised a selection of catering block tins which provide sandwiches cut into 3 ribbons. We use three different breads; wholemeal, white and multigrain and with a variety of fillings, including 10% vegetarian so there's something for everyone.</p>

<p>If you're looking for a healthy, filling lunch that offers a lighter option than sandwiches or baguettes we recommend our Wraps. They're 12" in size and are lower in calorie than regular bread plus we use all the usual delicious Brisk fillings. Beautifully served, our wraps are the ideal business meeting lunch to take you and your clients right through the afternoon.</p> <p>Wraps are so much lighter than sandwiches and ideal for brunch or lunch. All of our wraps are beautifully displayed on appetising platters and they're so good they go fast - so don't just stick with one platter, you wouldn't want to miss out on your favourite!</p> <p>Our Wraps are cut into halves and we automatically cater for 10% Vegetarian.</p>

<p>Boardroom lunches don't need to be boring and they can go a long way to help with re-fuelling for the afternoon. There's something extra special about our baguettes which is why we are the number one choice for so many corporates. They are delightfully soft on the inside but satisfyingly crunchy on the outside infused with fennel and the irresistible flavours of sesame, nigella and poppy seeds. We're sure you'll agree that they're really a taste sensation. Our Baguette Fillings change weekly to keep things interesting. FODMAP, Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian are available on request and each baguette is cut into 3</p>

<p>Yum! We just can’t get enough of our Deli Rolls and it appears you can’t either because these cute little rolls are fast becoming our number one sandwich choice. Featuring an exciting mix of freshly baked rolls in white, grain and rye, each is delightfully soft, fluffy and filling too. Talking about fillings, we’ve got something for everyone, from vegan-friendly salad with interesting options, and then we’ve got our home-grown procured meat varieties with only the very best cuts. We’ve got fish and some exciting twists too. Don’t miss out, the Brisk Deli Rolls aren’t just any old roll, they’re a genuine culinary experience! We cater for 10% vegetarian (vegan also available) and we recommend 2 rolls per person.</p>

<p>Our sandwich collections are all fantastic but if you want something with real WOW factor you will love our Gourmet Sandwich selection. We still use the same wonderful fillings as in our other sandwiches except we switch our regular bread for artisan loaves from a local bakery. The Gourmet sandwich collection comes with a combination of delicious rye which is earthy and spicy in flavour, sourdough which has a slightly tart flavour and quinoa loaf which is delightfully nutty. All of our sandwiches are filling and delicious and we are exceptionally proud of the combinations - the trouble is, it's difficult to choose a favourite they're all so good! We always cater for 10% vegetarian.</p>

<p>Get ready to Wrap and Roll with our newest platter, the Wrap Roll Platter. At Brisk, we think it’s always a good idea to offer choice and that’s why this platter goes straight to the top of the list for variety. Featuring six deli rolls and six wraps, there’s something for everyone. The wraps offer a lighter option but they’re still undeniably filling and the deli rolls are divinely soft and fluffy with a light interior and just enough to chew on. The deli rolls come in white, rye and grain, each with their own individual flavours. Inside each wrap and roll is a selection of different fillings, something for everyone – from the meat eaters to the vegetarians and all in-between too. All of our fillings use the freshest ingredients, that means we know you’ll love these as much as we do.</p>

<p>Delicious chicken schnitzel in a soft Turkish roll with cheese, home made mayonnaise and iceberg lettuce. Recommended 1.5 per person.</p>
