<p>Our mini cannoli are cute bundles of crispy pastry shell and smooth and creamy fillings. We sometimes fill these delectable shells with ricotta and chocolate chip or blueberry cheesecake or nutella cream. We recommend 2 per person.</p>

<p>Our Mini Almond Croissants are definitely a must for the pastry lover. Even though they are mini they are big enough that we need to cut them in half.</p>

<p>Our Mini Chocolate Croissants are little bundles of crisp pastry filled with Belgium chocolate. Baked fresh you will love these, heat them up for extra enjoyment.</p>

<p>Our mini churros are cute bundles of fried dough pastry and filled with sweet and decadent chocolate. We serve these babies with a chocolate dipping sauce. We recommend 2 per person.</p>

<p>At Brisk we love our Croissants and we have these spectacular mini versions, 35g size which are homemade with soft, feathery, buttery fine layers. The Brisk Mini Croissants are ideal for breakfast or brunch and we have a variety of delicious fillings to tempt you with. They are certainly excellent for kicking brains into gear at a corporate breakfast event or meeting, make sure to order plenty because they're known for going fast.</p>

<p>Any breakfast, brunch or teatime corporate event just isn't complete without a sensational platter of Mini Danish Pastries and the Brisk platter has a large combination of exciting flavours all freshly made at a local artisan bakery. Utterly delicious they are lightly dusted with icing sugar and are crumbly on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside - just how Danish and sweet pastries should be! We provide a mix of 4 varieties; Almond, Apricot, Cherry and Apple and we cut each Danish into 2 pieces.</p>

<p>Our mini donuts are delectable, filled with sweet salted caramel, chocolate or fruit We recommend 1.5 per person because they are that delicious!!</p>

<p>Freshly baked Mini Muffins are a must for breakfast but they're just as delicious at brunch or teatime. The Brisk muffins are light and fluffy and presented in delightful mini muffin cases. Our muffins are homemade in the Brisk kitchen and as always, we only use premium quality ingredients. We provide a variety of flavours including raspberry and white chocolate, orange &amp; poppy seed, blue berry, chocolate chip and apple crumble.</p>

<p>Our sweet petit tarts are to die for! With a selection of the following flavours including creme brûlée, blueberry cheesecake, chocolate ganache and raspberry and vanilla custard topped with fruit, you'll want to try them all!</p>

<p>We love to supersize our muffins which is why they are really generous! We provide a variety of flavours such as raspberry and white chocolate, orange and poppy seed, blueberry, chocolate chip and apple crumble.</p>

<p>Our scones are baked fresh every morning for your catering order. Once they leave our oven we let me cool, whip some vanilla bean cream and fill each scone with a generous layer for strawberry jam, sliced strawberry and a dollop of whipped cream. As you can see they are ready to eat, so make sure you buy enough for seconds!</p>

<p>Our banana bread is fresh and full of banana goodness. It is perfect for breakfast, morning or afternoon tea. Served with butter, jam &amp; disposables.</p>
