<p>Our breakfast pots just what your breakfast needs to kickstart they day! We have so many varieties for everyone's tastes and varieties.</p> <p>We have 5 delectable pots to choose from:</p> <ul> <li>Bircher Muesli contains toasted muesli soaked overnight, yoghurt, dried figs, apricot, cranberries &amp; apple.</li> <li>Fruit Pot contains seasonal fruit such as watermelon, rockmelon, honeydew, pineapple, strawberry &amp; grapes.</li> <li>Yoghurt, Poached Fruit and Passionfruit contains Greek yoghurt, passion fruit puree, poached fruit and goji seed mix.</li> <li>Yoghurt &amp; Granola contains greek yoghurt, house made granola &amp; fresh berries</li> <li>Tapioca pudding with coconut milk, goji seed mix and fresh berries.</li> </ul> <p>All breakfast pots are served in a compostable 220ml container and wooden spoons are provided.</p>

<p>At Brisk we love our Croissants and we have these spectacular mini versions, 35g size which are homemade with soft, feathery, buttery fine layers. The Brisk Mini Croissants are ideal for breakfast or brunch and we have a variety of delicious fillings to tempt you with. They are certainly excellent for kicking brains into gear at a corporate breakfast event or meeting, make sure to order plenty because they're known for going fast.</p>

<p>Make your breakfast catering even more memorable with our Mini Pancakes served cold with fresh strawberries. Our pancakes are so soft and light, made with the secret buttermilk recipe and we fill them with strawberry jam, vanilla bean cream and a slice of strawberry. They are so gorgeous - it's hard to just have one, you have to have another....so give in to temptation and put them on the menu!</p>

<p>Our favourite for breakfast are these babies! We toast a mini Belgium waffle, let cool then pipe cream and top with strawberries, otherwise we spread some Nutella and sliced banana to mix it up.</p>

<p>Our banana bread is fresh and full of banana goodness. It is perfect for breakfast, morning or afternoon tea. Served with butter, jam &amp; disposables.</p>

<p>Any breakfast, brunch or teatime corporate event just isn't complete without a sensational platter of Mini Danish Pastries and the Brisk platter has a large combination of exciting flavours all freshly made at a local artisan bakery. Utterly delicious they are lightly dusted with icing sugar and are crumbly on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside - just how Danish and sweet pastries should be! We provide a mix of 4 varieties; Almond, Apricot, Cherry and Apple and we cut each Danish into 2 pieces.</p>

<p>No event is complete without freshly brewed filter coffee and tea drop teas. We will set up the following for your event, all your guests will need to do is serve; eco friendly disposable cups, urn with filter coffee, urn with hot water, tea set, eco friendly spoons, sugar and milk.</p>

<p>Indulge in our Mini Scrolls, featuring two delightful flavours: the tangy Rhubarb &amp; Orange Scroll and the rich Maple Walnut Scroll. Perfect for any occasion, these bite-sized treats offer a burst of flavour in every bite.</p>

<p>Our Breakfast Brioche Sliders are the perfect choice for a hearty and tasty breakfast.</p> <p>We have 4 delectable options:</p> <ol> <li>Maple bacon, egg omelette, relish and sriracha mayo.</li> <li>Wilted spinach, egg omelette, relish and sriracha mayo.</li> <li>Miso mushroom, egg omelette, relish and sriracha mayo.</li> <li>Beetroot fritter, avocado, relish and feta.</li> </ol>
